Neil Gridley

Brand development and design

Neil is a highly experienced design & innovation specialist working with organisations around the globe. He has consulted across many sectors from high technology to healthcare and worked with start-ups, universities and the third sector as well as many blue-chip corporations. Recent clients include The FT, 3M, IKEA, The Samaritans and Unilever. Alongside his own practice Neil is also a Design Council Expert, NESTA Associate, and a visiting tutor at the Royal College of Art Service Design Masters course​​.

​Neil regularly speaks on the transformative power of design and design thinking, has been featured in a number of books, publications and newspaper articles, and has even made it onto BBC2. Neil has also jointly authored a book “Brand Romance” published by Palgrave McMillan, which describes the essential role of human centred design in the building of a loved brand.
